Sharpening scissors and shears

Twice As Sharp® scissors sharpening system

Proper sharpening of scissors and shears for hard to
cut materials is critical. Different fabric weaves and characteristics sometimes require changing the cutting angle of the scissors. At times you may find that one blade corrugated or both blades corrugated are needed to keep the materials spread out as they are cut. These angles are accomplished using the Twice As Sharp® scissors sharpener. Corrugations, teeth on the blade(s) are done using the manual corrugator or the new Wolff Corru-Gator.

Jim O'Donnell has created a new Twice As Sharp® scissors sharpening system website, check out this site for more information on the Twice As Sharp® scissors sharpening system.
